Meet Cooper, the Scuba Diving Chimpanzee

Keep in mind chimps don't normally like water, which makes Cooper's latest talent that much more amazing.

Pranksters Don Scuba Gear, Wield Pitch Forks for Google Streetview Cam

Haha!

The two Bergen residents Borre Erstad and Paul Age Olsen waited patiently for the search engine's car after being tipped off that the drivers were in the area.

The pair are seen sitting quietly on a bench in scuba gear as the van drives past Street View before they are seen brandishing pitchforks and pursuing it.

The unorthadox pictures were taken during the summer last year but previous summer but only emerged earlier this year after the Street View system was upgraded.

Whoa! Octopus Takes off with Diver's Video Camera... While Recording!

(Feed readers click through for video)

Here's a synopsis from the owner himself:

While trying to get video of a wild octopus, it suddenly dashed towards me and rips my shiny new camera from out of my hands, then swims off, all while the camera is recording! he swam away very quickly like a naughty shoplifter

After a 5 minute chase, I placed my speargun underneath him and he quickly and curiously grabbed hold of the gun as well, giving me enough time to reach in and grab the camera from out of his mouth. I didn't feel threatened at all during the whole ordeal. he seemed to be fixated on the shiny metallic blue digital camera. the only confusing behavior was how he dashed off with it like a thief haha. cheeky octopus.

Hitler wasn't Advanced Open Water

Which, as you can imagine, brought him much discontentment when dealing with Nazi dive operators.

Ha! Lawyer Installs Office Shark Tank

Now here's a lawyer with a sense of humor!

It started out as a joke — a lawyer putting a shark tank in his office. "I said, 'What would it take to put a shark in a lawyer's office?'", and it kind of took off from there, said attorney Christopher Gillette.

On Monday, a crane hoisted a 1,000-gallon aquarium up to a second-story window in Gillette's new office.

"I can't watch," Gillette said as half a dozen workers guided the roughly 8-foot-long, 4-foot-wide and 4-foot-tall tank through the window.

Gillette plans to fill the saltwater tank with a miniature marine ecosystem, including at least two sharks — a blacktip reef shark being flown in from the Caribbean Sea and a bamboo shark that will be hatched from eggs in the tank.

...

When the project is complete, people can watch video from wireless cameras inside the tank at http://www.cjgillettelaw.com and http://www.ccaqua.com.

Gillette also plans to install four other fish tanks in the new office, two 72-gallon tanks and two 46-gallon tanks containing coral reefs, star fish and sea urchins.

Gillette, who practices family law, said the tank serves more than an aesthetic purpose.

There's something calming about fish that he hopes will help ease his clients who are often dealing with high stress situations such as divorce or child custody.

"I wanted to create an atmosphere where people would feel relaxed and be comfortable discussing very personal issues," Gillette said. "People seem to be comfortable with fish."
